An elevated dining experience from Executive Chef Alejandro Saravia which shines a spotlight on the diverse cuisines from across Latin American cultures.

Morena, in the historic GPO Building in Martin Place celebrates the traditions and unique flavours from across Latin America, whilst showcasing warm hospitality and authentic ingredients. Offering lunch and dinner from Monday to Saturday, Morena provides the perfect location to celebrate with friends, have a romantic date or do business over a unique meal. Our menu includes dishes from Alejandro Saravia’s native Perú as well as from Colombia, Mexico, Venezuela, Argentina and Brazil.

Our drinks list features a curated selection of New World and Old World wines, alongside signature cocktails which focus on Latin American spirits.

The concept for Morena is born from Alejandro Saravia’s 15 year culinary mission to elevate Australian’s perceptions of Latin American cuisines, whilst staying true to the flavours of these diverse regions and respecting and preserving the rich cultural roots and traditional methods.

With a dedicated focus on seasonal produce, Morena continues Alejandro’s passion for working directly with farmers, producers and suppliers across Australia, whilst sourcing authentic ingredients from across Latin America to stay true to the true flavours of those cuisines.
